He's excited about his prospects:"The position is a hands-on, out of the office, technical sales position. The company emphasizes employee development. Once established, each Territory Manager is allowed to run their territory as if it was their own business while continuing to have the support of an extensive team from headquarters. With annual sales incentives, total compensation will be above expectations. This position allows me to remain local in the Cleveland area and conduct business from my home."
